URBAN FIGURE | TERMS OF SERVICE & USER AGREEMENT

1. LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT By accessing our website urbanfigure.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and merchants. Urban Figure reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & ELIGIBILITY By shopping with us, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Our premium products, including the Urban Figure Signature Collection, are intended for lawful personal use only. Any unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

3. ACCURACY OF PRODUCT REPRESENTATION We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible (e.g., our Ink Blue Pure Cotton Shirt). However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.

4. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS Prices for our products are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service (including seasonal drops of bags and watches) at our discretion. All "Compare-at" prices are based on market value and quality benchmarks.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (URBAN FIGURE), and images, is the property of URBAN FIGURE PVT LTD. Unauthorized reproduction of our designs or brand identity will lead to legal action.

7. USER CONDUCT & FEEDBACK If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, or reviews (via Judge.me or other apps), you agree that we may edit, copy, and publish them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or pay compensation for them.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Urban Figure shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or claim arising from your use of any of our products. Our products are sold as high-quality apparel and must be cared for as per the "Gentle Machine Wash" instructions provided.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.
