URBAN FIGURE | SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Urban Figure, we are committed to delivering your premium apparel and accessories in the fastest and safest manner possible. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure a seamless delivery experience to your doorstep.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with a Tracking ID via email or SMS.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Within Rajasthan: 2 – 4 Business Days.

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 3 – 5 Business Days.

  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 Business Days.

  • Note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather conditions or location accessibility.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India above ₹999.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply to cover additional logistics costs.

4. SHIPMENT TRACKING

  • Once your order leaves our Jodhpur warehouse, you can track its journey in real-time.

  • Use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or visit our "Track Your Order" page on the website.

5. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & RE-SHIPPING

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of 3 times.

  • If the order is not accepted after 3 attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur an additional shipping fee.

6. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • If you find that the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and notify us immediately at urbanfigurecare@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9982005148.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Currently, Urban Figure ships only within India. We are working hard to bring our signature style to global customers soon.
