URBAN FIGURE | 7-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Urban Figure, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality premium apparel and accessories. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a seamless return and exchange process.

1. POLICY OVERVIEW

  • We offer a 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items like innerwear or specially customized products cannot be returned.

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Final Sale" are only eligible for size exchanges (subject to availability).

3. THE EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • If you have a size or fit issue (e.g., Slim Fit Shirt size), you can request an exchange within 7 days.

  • Once your request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup from your registered address.

  • The new size will be dispatched once the original product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

4. REFUND & STORE CREDIT

  • Upon successful quality inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer to your provided account details.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We recommend recording an Unboxing Video as proof to speed up the claim process.

7. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Urban Figure offers Free Reverse Pickup for the first exchange.

  • For subsequent exchanges on the same order, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
